The Progressive Vote in Wisconsin Prevails - And So Does Democracy

postcards to voters

In a narrowly divided state, blue voters showed up in a big way and elected Judge Janet Protasiewicz to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. This special election victory has significant implications, as it is a flip in majority control from the conservatives. Judge Protasiewicz’s win over Daniel Kelly means that we can breathe a collective sigh of relief knowing that Wisconsinites are one step closer to voting equity, fair districting maps, and women’s reproductive freedom. Moreover, the presidential election result in 2024 (and beyond) will be protected by the court.

A BIG THANK YOU to our volunteers, writers, donors, and partners for your efforts and participation in sending out 300,000 postcards to Wisconsin voters. We won the race because of a huge surge of voter turnout. You have made a difference!

We have a number of challenges and opportunities ahead of us. We are looking forward to more collaborations with you down the road.
